As an introvert I love the pick-up feature, and there weren't too many people there in the morning when they opened. I ordered a bowl, and they filled it well, with plenty of meat. The steak bowl was $14.20.

Place was busy at closing time. One of my bowls did not have the items I order but under the circumstances of ordering right before closing I understand. The young lady who took care of me was very professional and friendly.

Even though it was super busy we were waited on quickly. Had a fresh bowl with complaints. You can tell that management is working hard to satisfy customers. Will visit again.

We have had visits to other Chipotle locations that were suboptimal. This one had it going on! The food and service were top-notch. ""Tom" was working on the counter and did a great job of making sure our meals were prepared correctly and that any concerns we had were addressed in a positive way. We will be back!

Everybody can talk about their bad experiences but if you want a great experience at Chipotle you have to take responsibility and make it one! So my advice is stand in line to get your food and say what you want. I got the chicken bowl with brown rice, like one and a half or 2 scoops, black beans one scoop, chicken looked a little dry so I requested some of the Barbacoa sauce which they added no charge, 2 scoops of corn, both pico and green salsa for amped up flavor, no queso, tiny bit of shredded cheese, a big scoop of guac for a 2.25 upcharge, extra lettuce and no sour cream. Thing was piled high! Got a Grapefruit Izze and you need to know they keep the good drinks behind the counter it’s not just fountain drinks and iced tea. Took a pic for proof, and btw this was after like 10 big bites! For anyone worried they’re skimping I don’t think that’s true here she really piled it on. It was busy and they looked a bit understaffed for a Friday night and the drinks area and tables were pretty messy but value for $$? Spot on. Really tasty & flavorful but because the counter staff were backed up the food was a bit cold when I got home. Not a problem just took off the lettuce & guac, put it in the micro for a hot minute and voila! Also I weighed it out of curiosity and it was almost 2lbs.

Got here when they opened today. Was expecting a dirty half cleaned place from all the reviews.. Place was spotless and food look fresh and tasted that way. Maybe the patrons that don't clean up after themselves should rethink visiting. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Going to Chipotle is a treat for someone from Quebec! Always like their bowls. This Chipotle from Portland is near of a shopping mall and that's perfect for us. Kids enjoy their kid menu which is Cheese tortilla and organic chocolate milk.

The man who made my bowl was so nice, I felt bad becuase i asked for lettuce after he closed the lid but he opened it back uo and said no worries. :) There was maybe 8 people ahead of me and I only had to wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes total. The food is made quick. There was alot of place to sit even though alot of people were there.
